	The jewellery you will see here is of a contemporary design. Our "Unique" collection is handmade to the highest standard in Germany. We offer you a range of sterling silver (925) pendants and earrings which are hallmarked accordingly. The "Unique" collection also include a range of titanium rings which are made to the same high standard. Our Gaspeite collection is made in North America by Native Americans. We have a selection of pendants, earrings and rings available to purchase online. Gaspeite is a relatively rare mineral found in a few localities. Our Opal jewellery is created from Australien doublets, we have a selection of opal pendants, opal pendant and earrings sets. Our St-Justin collection includes a range of contemporary pendants and earrings made with sterling silver and complemented with a range of enamels, acetate and leather.

What is Titanium ?

	TITANIUM is a lustrous, grey metallic element used principally to make lightweight, resistant alloys. Titanium is much stronger and lighter than stainless steel. Its atomic number is 22 with the atomic weight being 47.9. It has many desirable properties, most notably its incredible strength and durability. It was first knowm as "Menachite" and was renamed about 200 year ago by Dr. Martin H. Klaproth who referred to the giants of Greek mythology, the Titans. The complex process of converting titanium ore into metal has been commercially viable for a little more than 50 years. Titanium is immune to corrosive attacks by saltwater and marine atmosphere, and exhibits exceptional resistance to a broad range of corrosive gases, acids and alkalis. Immune to microbiologically influenced corrosion, Titanium is physiologically inert and hypoallergenic. Because of its neutrality, it is excellent for use as jewellery. It does not cause irritation on the skin making it a perfectly suitable material for the most sensitive skin types. Titanium is virtually non-magnetic, as well, making it ideal for applications where electromagnetic interference must be minimized. Titanium exhibits a high strength to weight ratio. Aicraft grade titanium alloys are about 3 times stronger than basic steel, and approximately 45% lighter. Basic grade titanium`s hardness can be compared to Platinum`s, only much lighter. Since the commercial introduction of titanium, its use has expanded by an average of 8% per year and its popularity continues to grow.
